How does the brand management and business development process work?
We start with market readiness guidance, build a tailored go-to-market strategy, and then work hands-on through business development and sales to secure retail traction and distributor partnerships.
Once market readiness has been established (including pricing, packaging, compliance, and sales materials), most brands begin seeing early retail traction and distribution opportunities within the first few months. Full-scale results often build over time as listings are secured, sell-through grows, and promotional cycles take effect, but you can typically expect meaningful progress to begin within the first 3–6 months of active business development.
